Where you ask us to write a Santa letter or make a Santa Cam picture, we use carefully chosen AI services to help create it from the details or photo you give us. Our Santa letters and videos use the details you give about your child only to make that product.

Who Else Handles Your Data

Payment (Stripe), delivery (Royal Mail and others), email and text messages, hosting (in the UK and the EU), reviews, advertising and measurement (Google, Meta, Snapchat), the AI services mentioned above, and others. Each acts on our instructions only.

How Long We Keep It

Order records and the files needed to remake your order are kept for as long as we may need to remake it or account for it.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, free of charge, or ask us to correct or remove it, through our Contact Us page. "Delete My Data" in your account replaces your email address and phone number throughout our records.
